Add a collaborator

How do I add a collaborator?

Only an administrator can add a collaborator to the OdySight dashboard.

Steps for adding a collaborator :

  1. Access the invitation form by logging on to your OdySight dashboard. In the left-hand menu, click on "Add a collaborator" to open the invitation form.
  2. Enter the employee's details:

    Please fill in the required fields: Last name / First name / Telephone number / Email address / Role

    Depending on the role selected, additional fields may be required.

  3. If you add a doctor :
    • Indicate whether administrator rights should be granted.
    • Indicate whether it should be given access to all patients.

    Please complete :

    • Contact phone number.
    • The practice number.
    • Select the team members with whom he can collaborate.
  4. If you add a non-physician collaborator :
    • Indicate whether it should be given access to all patients.
    • Associate the user with a responsible doctor by selecting the doctor to whom the user should be linked.
  5. Finalize the addition by clicking on "Create an account". The employee will receive an email invitation to confirm the creation of his/her account and access the dashboard.
