How do I add a collaborator?
Only an administrator can add a collaborator to the OdySight dashboard.
Steps for adding a collaborator :
- Access the invitation form by logging on to your OdySight dashboard. In the left-hand menu, click on "Add a collaborator" to open the invitation form.
- Enter the employee's details:
Please fill in the required fields: Last name / First name / Telephone number / Email address / Role
Depending on the role selected, additional fields may be required.
- If you add a doctor :
- Indicate whether administrator rights should be granted.
- Indicate whether it should be given access to all patients.
Please complete :
- Email address
- Select the team members he can work with
- If you add a non-physician collaborator :
- Indicate whether administrator rights should be granted.
- Associate the user with a responsible doctor by selecting the doctor to whom the user should be linked.
- Complete the process by clicking "Invite a collaborator." The collaborator will receive an email invitation to confirm their account creation and access the dashboard.
