How do I archive a patient?
If a patient no longer wishes to use OdySight, you canarchive him/her. This will remove them from your active list and add them to the "Archived patients" section, accessible from the left-hand menu of your dashboard.
Steps to archive a patient :
- Access your patient list: log in to your dashboard and go to the "Your patients" section.
- Search for patient: enter the patient's name in the search bar at the top right of the page.
- Archive the patient: in the Actions column, click on the "Archive" button corresponding to the patient.
- Managing archived patients: the patient is automatically moved to the "Archived patients" section.
Automatic archiving rules and reactivation :
- Automatic reactivation:
Any archived patient will be automatically reinstated to your active patient list if they re-open the OdySight application. - Automatic archiving:
Any patient who has not opened the application for 180 days will be automatically archived.
Note: archiving a patient does not delete his or her data; they remain accessible in the "Archived patients" section, should the need arise.
