How do I modify a center member's rights and access?
Only the center administrator can modify employee rights and authorizations.
Steps for modifying collaborator authorizations :
- Access the list of collaborators by logging into your OdySight dashboard. Click on "Collaborators" in the left-hand menu to display the list of center members.
- Select a collaborator: find the collaborator whose rights you wish to modify. Click on the "+" next to the name to open the options.
- Modify permissions by clicking on "Modify" to edit rights and permissions. Adjust permissions as required.
- Save the changes and click on "Modify" again, or on the confirmation button, to validate the changes.
Note:
- Make sure that the rights assigned are in line with the employee's responsibilities.
- Any changes made will be applied immediately.
