Prescribing OdySight to a patient

How do I prescribe OdySight to a patient?
From the home page of your OdySight dashboard, you can prescribe the OdySight application to a patient in a few simple steps:

  • Click on "Prescrire OdySight" to access the prescription form.
  • Fill in the information of the patient :
    • Patient's first and last name
    • Social security number
    • Cell phone number
    • Patient email
    • Language of emails and SMS sent to the patient
    • Visual acuity (left and right eyes)
    • Gender
    • Patient pathologies (left and right eye)
    • Staff in charge of patient care
    • Date of birth
  • Validate the prescription by clicking on the "Create" button once all the fields have been completed.

Once these steps have been completed, the patient will immediately receive an SMS and an email containing all the information needed to download the OdySight application and start using it.

⚠️ Important points to remember:

  • The prescription is valid for one year and must be renewed once this period has elapsed.
  • ⚠️ A patient's email address cannot be modified once it has been created. Make sure it is entered correctly.
