Select a trusted device to facilitate your connections to the OdySight dashboard
When you log on to the OdySight dashboard, a six-digit code is sent by SMS or e-mail to confirm your identity. However, you have the option of defining a trusted device on which this step will no longer be necessary. Here's how to do it:
- Bring the device you wish to define as a trusted device. Go to https://dashboard.tilakhealthcare.com/dashboard/fr/welcome.
- Log in by entering your email address and user password, then click on the "Log in" button.
- Enter the 6-digit security code received by SMS and email in the field provided. (If you don't want to enter this code every time you connect to this device, check the "Make this device my trusted computer" box).
- Click on "Validate". This device will now be considered your trusted device.
For future connections from this device, you will no longer need to enter a security code. Simply enter your email address and password.
⚠️ Important points to remember :
- Only one trusted device can be registered at a time.
- If you define a new trusted device, the previous one will be automatically deleted. You will then need to enter a six-digit code if you connect from this old device.
