Would you like to delete your account? This article explains the quick and easy steps you need to take to delete your account safely, while answering any questions you may have about the associated data.
- Open and connect to OdySight
- Click on the three lines at the top right of the screen
- Select the Legal option at bottom right of screen
- Press the Delete my account
- Confirm your request by clicking on Yes to confirm the deletion of your data, then on Send request by email.
- Send the request email a pre-written email will open. Send it to finalize your deletion request
Your request will be forwarded to our Data Protection Officer for processing. You will receive confirmation of your deleted data by e-mail. To delete the data stored on your device, simply uninstall the OdySight application.
