Use the application on multiple devices

Can I use OdySight on several devices? For security reasons and to protect your medical data, the application can only be used on one device per account. Find out why this restriction is essential and how to manage your account effectively.

How do I change my device?

If you wish to switch to a new device, follow these steps:

  • Uninstall OdySight
  • Download the application onto your new device
  • Open OdySight and request a new encrypted key
  • Enter the key and create a personal code to retrieve your data and continue your progress.

Good news! Your medical data and progress in the game are fully preserved since your last login. Switching between different devices is not possible, but this process allows you to change devices while remaining protected and connected to your progress.
