Forgot your personal code? It happens to everyone! We'll show you how to reset your code step by step, so you can continue using OdySight with complete peace of mind.
Here are the steps to follow if you have forgotten your personal code:
- Open the OdySight application and click on the Enter button
- Click on the Forgot your code? on the page prompting you to enter your password
- Reset your encrypted keyA message will appear offering to send you a new one. Click on the Yes
- Check your e-mails and/or SMSthe key is sent to the e-mail address and/or telephone number you have provided
- Enter your new encrypted key in the
- Choose a new personal code to 4 digits and click on the Validate button.
Enter it a second time to confirm and check the Remember me box. You can then resume your OdySight adventure where you left off the last time you used it.
