Forgot your password? It happens to everyone! We will guide you step by step to reset your password with ease, so you can continue using OdySight with complete peace of mind.
Here are the steps to follow if you have forgotten your password:
- Open the OdySight application and click on the Enter button
- Click the Forgot your password? button on the page asking you to enter your password.
- Reset your one-time code, and a message will appear asking if you want to receive a new one. Click the Yes button.
- Check your emails and/or text messages; the code will be sent to the email address and/or phone number you provided.
- Enter your new one-time codein the app.
- Choose a new 4-digit password and click on the Validate button.
Enter it a second time to confirm and check the Remember me box. You can then resume your OdySight adventure where you left off during your last visit.
