Can't get out of the application? Here we explain the simple steps you need to follow to close the application correctly and solve this problem quickly, depending on your device.
If you use an Apple
- You have a device with a home button
- Press the home button (the round button at the bottom of the screen) 2 times in quick succession. The list of applications in use will be displayed, with the OdySight window in the foreground {gif}
- Drag the OdySight window from bottom to top until it disappears {gif}.
- You have a device without a home button
Place your finger at the bottom of the screen and slide it upwards to bring up the list of applications currently in use {gif}.
The application is closed if the window has disappeared.
If you are using an Android device
- Slide your finger from bottom to top, and 3 buttons will appear at the bottom of your screen
- Press the middle button to exit the application and return to the main screen {gif}
