If you use an Apple
- Open Settings
- Scroll down to Accessibility and select Accessibility
- Choose Display and text size
- Activate or deactivate automatic brightness by scrolling to the bottom and use the button to activate or deactivate automatic brightness.
If you are using an Android device
- Open Settings
- Go to Display or Screen depending on your device
- Select Brightness or Adaptive Brightness according to your device
- Activate or deactivate the option using the button to activate automatic brightness
💡 Adopt good practices :
- Choose good lighting with no direct light on your face or the camera
- Stabilize your device by placing it on a stable surface
- Adjust the distance by positioning yourself between 35 and 45 cm from the screen, keeping this distance throughout the test.
- Cover the untested eye with absorbent cotton or a small piece of paper.
