How do I delete a patient?
Data deletion regulations (RGPD)
In accordance with European regulations (RGPD), a patient can only be deleted in the following cases:
- The patient has never downloaded or used the application: you can delete their profile directly from your dashboard.
- The patient has activated his account but wishes to delete it permanently:
- Patients can request deletion of their account by clicking on "Delete my account" in the application.
- The request will be forwarded to our DPO (dpo@tilakhealthcare.com).
- Once the request has been received, the patient's data will be anonymized and then manually deleted from our servers.
- The patient will receive a notification confirming the deletion of his or her data.
Automatic deletion :
All patient data is automatically deleted after two years of inactivity.
How do I delete a patient who has never downloaded the application?
- Log in to your dashboard: Go to the "Archived patients" section in the left-hand menu.
- Delete the profile:
- Locate the patient you wish to delete.
- Click on "Delete" in the Actions column.
- The profile will be permanently deleted.
⚠️ Important points:
Once deleted, the patient profile cannot be recovered.
The data of patients who have activated their account is anonymized before deletion.
