How do I reactivate an inactive patient?
Your patients are considered inactive if they :
- Have never downloaded the OdySight application
- Have not had a vision test for more than 30 days.
To invite them to resume using the application, you can send them a reminder directly from your OdySight dashboard, by email or SMS.
Remind a patient by email
- Access the list of patients to relaunch: log in to your OdySight dashboard and click on "Your patients" in the left-hand menu. Select "Patients to relaunch".
- Remind patients by ticking the relevant patient(s) to send them an email inviting them to download the application.
You can also click on a patient's profile. In the "Relaunch this patient to download OdySight" section, click on "Relaunch". A reminder email will be sent immediately.
Note : The "Relaunch" button does not appear if the patient has already downloaded the application.
