Is your encrypted key not working? Don't worry! If you've followed the installation steps without success, find out how to request a new encrypted key. Your prescription must be valid. Follow our advice to solve the problem quickly.
- Open the OdySight application
- Click on I've lost it to request a new key (this button appears after a few seconds)
- Enter e-mail address that you provided to your doctor during your consultation. If your address is not recognized, please consult the dedicated article to help you. {link to the article My e-mail address is not recognized}
- Check your e-mails and/or SMSthe key is sent to the e-mail address and/or telephone number you have provided.
Contact your doctor if you think you never received the encrypted key. This will enable you to confirm that the prescription has been filled or that the information is correct.
