Is your one-time code not working? Don't worry! If you have followed the installation steps without success, find out how to request a new one-time code. Your prescription must be valid. Follow our advice to quickly resolve this issue.
- Open the OdySight application
- Click on Need a code to request a new one-time code (this button appears after a few seconds).
- Enter the email address you gave your doctor during your consultation. If your address is not recognized, see the dedicated article for help.
- Check your emails and/or text messages; the one-time code will be sent to the email address and/or phone number you provided.
Contact your doctor if you believe you never received the one-time code. This will allow you to confirm that the prescription was properly issued or that the information is correct.
