Having trouble completing your test? Don't worry! We'll help you identify and solve any problems that may be preventing you from taking your test, so you can resume your follow-up with complete peace of mind.
- Check that you are connected to WIFI or mobile data
- Make sure the application is up to date, by going to your device's store (App Store or Google Play).
- Restart the application, close it completely and then relaunch it.
- Check that the application has access to the camera.
Adopt good practices
Check that you have followed all the steps by consulting our article Carrying out my visual acuity test {redirection}.
- Choose good lighting with no direct light on your face or the camera
- Stabilize your device by placing it on a stable surface or on the support provided by your medical practice.
- Adjust the distance by positioning yourself between 35 and 45 cm from the screen, keeping this distance throughout the test.
- Cover the untested eye with absorbent cotton or a small piece of paper.
