I can't do my test

Having trouble completing your test? Don't worry! We'll help you identify and solve any problems that may be preventing you from taking your test, so you can resume your follow-up with complete peace of mind.

  • Check that you are connected to WIFI or mobile data
  • Make sure the application is up to date, by going to your device's store (App Store or Google Play).
  • Restart the application, close it completely and then relaunch it.
  • Check that the application has access to the camera.

Adopt good practices

Check that you have followed all the steps by consulting our article Carrying out my visual acuity test {redirection}.

  • Choose good lighting with no direct light on your face or the camera
  • Stabilize your device by placing it on a stable surface or on the support provided by your medical practice.
  • Adjust the distance by positioning yourself between 35 and 45 cm from the screen, keeping this distance throughout the test.
  • Cover the untested eye with absorbent cotton or a small piece of paper.
